Earlier today, at approximately 10am EDT, our platform was being impacted by the widespread outages involving critical platform infrastructure. This affected Suited just as it impacted multiple major providers and online services globally, including our ability to update this status page.
This outage prevented access to our external Candidate and Recruiter Portals, as well our internal tools for handling support requests. Candidates may have experienced issues accessing or completing their assessments, just as users in the data collection phase of onboarding, as well as Recruiters who may have been attempting to access candidate details.
Our vendors have informed us that the issues should be resolved, and it does appear that degraded services have been restore within the platform. However, we are closely monitoring platform performance and will communicate via email (to Recruiters and Candidates who have written in) when we are confident that underlying issues have been resolved and platform stability has been re-established.
